Welcome to the world baby girl!

I just wanted to make a quick not that my dear friend since forever & Charlie's Godmother, Melissa, gave birth yesterday around 8PM to a precious baby girl Olivia Maree. She weighed 8lbs 13 ounces & was 20 1/2 inches long! She wanted very much to have natural childbirth, but just before baby girl was delivered the baby's heart rate dropped & the doctors had to do an emergency C-section. It turns out that the cord was wrapped around her neck 2 times! Everyone is ok now & I cannot wait to see Melissa & Elliott with this precious baby. I know they are going to be fabulous parents! Congratulations!! We love you all!

I don't have a photo of the baby to post, but we went to see Melissa last Monday in hopes of convincing the baby to arrive early! Here are some photos from our visit!

Elliott took John Christian out on the paddle boat! It almost put him to sleep, but he loved it!!

We walked with Melissa on the dam in hopes to encourage the baby to come out since there was a full moon. We never did see the moon & John Christian really wanted to know where it was!!

Charlie had a great time & felt right at home! I was happy to see that he agrees that his mom has great taste in friends! My friend Emily (Holding Charlie) came before we left. It was awesome to have all of us together again & to share my boys with 2 very important people in my life!!
