Happy Birthday Margaret

On Saturday morning April 21, 2007 we headed to St. Matthews for Margaret's 3rd Birthday Party. John Christian and Charlie were the only little boys allowed. It was one of the best birthday parties ever! We all sat in the front yard and watched the Purple Martin Parade go by. Melanie gave each child a little bag that they filled with all of the candy that was thrown from the people in the parade. The children just loved it!!

It was also fun for me because I don't think I have ever watched this parade. For years my friend Christy and I carried the banner and led the way for everyone in the parade. Time flies so quickly, but I think it was more wonderful just observing as my little boys enjoyed the parade.

This might be the funniest photo ever! The girls all played dress up! Thankfully there was a CareBear Outfit that they dressed John Christian instead of as a beautiful princess!
