Happy Easter 2007!

Happy Easter! Yes, I know I'm posting this a month late, but better late than never! We missed Zach, but then again we miss him every day! It was a nice Sunday and we were happy to all be together to celebrate Christ's Resurrection and our Salvation!

The Easter Bunny paid a little visit to the boys!

John Christian got a paint book from the Cars movie, a jump rope, a Backyardigans book, a bubble gum dispenser, a chocolate bunny, and an octopus bubble blower to share with Charlie.

Charlie got 2 books, M&Ms, and a Mr. Potato Head! He got a chocolate bunny too!

The boys were happy to find little prizes inside their eggs!

Yummy Chocolate Egg for Breakfast!

John Christian had part of a peep for breakfast also!

I tried to get a good photo of me with the boys, but no such luck!

Charlie loves his Colonel!

When Church was over we went to Mom's for lunch.
John and I prepared most of the lunch since we were also clebrating Mom's birthday.

The Beautiful Roses my brothers and I sent Mom for her birthday.

Here is the little cake that I made for Mom.

Charlie and Thomas slept through lunch, but we saved them each a plate!

When we finished lunch we headed to the hospital for a visit with Papa.
Papa moved to the VA Nursing Home the next morning.
It was nice to get everyone together for a little while.

Papa got to hold Sarah for a little while.

We saved the chocolate roll Meme got for Mom's birthday for our visit with Papa so that he and Meme could help us celebrate.

Aunt Moo holding Sarah for the first time.

Meme looks great considering she is in her 80's and has taken care of Papa all of these years.

Liz was nice enough to share Choc Choc with Charlie while I took lots of photos!

These are the cute little bloomers we gave Sarah.

We also brought dyed Easer Eggs and had our traditional Egg Picking Competition. John lost to Thomas which was fabulous because John has always taken this very seriously!

Thomas holding his winning egg and the prize of $20!

Even Uncle Charles was there.

The boys had their first gummy worms which kept them very happy and quiet during our little visit at the hospital.

(Notice the little cow on Charlie's shirt over Moo's head.)

Dad had fun driving the boys around the parking lot in the stroller!
