Getting Ready For Santa

We are trying to start our own little family traditions. After we opened presents and played for a bit we ate supper. After supper we baked special cookies for santa, took baths, & then sprinkled special magic reindeer food for Santa's reindeer to find. After that we placed a special key for Santa that YaYa gave John Christian on the door because we don't have a chimney and Santa needed a way to get in. Finally, we tried to read "Twas The Night Before Christmas"in John Christian's bed, but everyone was too excited to settle down. The boys eventually fell asleep to have sweet dreams about Christmas morning.

We gave John Christian his own special apron because he has really enjoyed helping out in the kitchen lately.

After cookies the boys decided to be silly. Zach carried JC around in his ruck sack!

He left a little trail up to the front door.
It was a foggy night and we knew Rudolph would need a snack after all of his hard work.
