Christmas Eve with our little family!

Zach's family's tradition is to open presents on Christmas Eve. This way our presents are not lost in the confusion of Santa. So for now this will be our tradition. In my house growing up we were allowed to open one gift on Christmas Eve which was really Christmas morning after we returned home from the midnight service at church. I will miss this little tradition

Why do they have to make opening childrens' toys so complicated??

Big Kiss!
I guess he's hoping it's not too late to impress Santa!

Big helper passing out presents. He can now recognize our names.

It took Charlie a minute or 2, but he finally figured out how to open his presents.

"What is this?"

"Caa Caa" (Car)

Hey, what do you have down there?

Zach has wanted this sign for the longest time. We've only seen it in one magazine, but when we were in the mountains I found it in the special train store.

Helping Dad open his presents.

The shaving brush Pop gave Zach was stolen in Iraq. So, we got him a new one that is engraved. It says, "We love you Daddy. JC & CW"

After we opened all of the presents we brought in a huge box. I wish that I could have gotten John Christian's scream when he opened this present mostly from my grandparents and some from us for both of the boys.
The boys FINALLY have their very own Thomas the Train Table!!

Hello! Sorry Charlie you still may not have your very own cell phone!!

John Christian was thrilled tha we gave him a "Cars" bicycle helmet w/ knee & elbow pads!

"Choo Choo!"

Showing of "Mack" from "Cars" & the new train table!!
He said, "This is the best Christmas that I ever had!!"
