Christmas Eve Morning

We started our day with church. We decided to bring John Christian up from the nursery for the Christmas Pageant. He was adorable. He wanted to see Baby Jesus & was not happy that it was only a doll. I think he was expecting the real thing. One of his friends was dressed as a cow, but he wanted to know why he was wearing a dalmation head. I found all of this hysterical and precious, but Zach ended up taking John Christian out of the church after the children's part because we just couldn't be quiet!

I have also decided there is not going to be a perfect family photo. I am no ok with this because I realize that we may be the best little family, but we are not perfect. The camera just catches us being ourselves!

I remembered my old camera was in the car and I took it into the nursery in hopes of getting a shot of all of us together on Christmas morning. In this first photo I am explaining how to work the camera.

In this photo we realized the camera battery might be dead and the flash isn't working.

I managed to revive the battery long enough to catch these last photos! :)
