Welcome Home Molly
Sunday, July 22, 2007 Molly became very ill. She was vomiting blood and pooping blood. She was also extremely calm and looked horrible. Thankfully, the vet in Bamberg opened his office for me on Sunday night. He did blood work and checked her, but he couldn't find anything major. He sent her home with medicine, but she got worse. On Monday I had to take her back and leave her for xrays and observations. She continued to get worse. On Tuesday morning they put a scope down her and did exploratory surgery to try and figure out what was going on. They didn't find anything. She stayed hooked up to an IV for a few days. I got to bring her home on Friday.
Here are photos of the boys with Molly and her new bed. They missed her terribly, and they were thrilled to have her back at home! So much in fact that I could not get them out of her kennel because they wanted to stay with her! She is finally getting back to her normal self, and I am very glad for that! After all she is my first born daughter!
