Last Year's Mother's Day Flowers

I am amazed to see that this little plant that had maybe 2 flowers last year when I got it for Mother's Day from John Christian has blossomed and blossomed. For a whole year it has been sitting in the kitchen 1/2 dead some days. I just kept watering it because it was a gift from John Christian that I couldn't bare to part with. So, I am thrilled that it has all of a sudden bloomed out of control.

There will be more photos to come because by June this had as many as 10 flowers at one time!
