Mother's Day Weekend

On Saturday, May 12, 2007 we gathered at my grandmother's house for an afternoon of swimming! My cousin Kathy was in town from Kansas with her son Ethan who was 17 months old. We had so much fun catching up and letting all of the little ones play outside in the beautiful weather!

It was odd being there without Papa, but we know that he is in the best place for him right now where he can get around the clock care and Meme can get a little rest. We missed him, but know he is happy knowing that the family is still getting together and enjoying the pool that he loved so much.

The hardest part about the pool is taking turns with each boy because they are both pretty fearless, but neither is able to swim alone yet!
