I'll Fly Away....

On Father's Day afternoon I stopped by the house to grab some stuff before heading to Mom and Dad's after the weekend in Spartanburg. I was amazed to see that my little birds had decided to start their flying lessons today on Father's Day! I will miss these little ones when they are gone, but I am thankful that I got to watch the whole "Nesting" process. Mother Nature is wonderful!

This bird was on the stoop for the first time and not really sure about the whole flying thing.

I found it funny that the females took longer to fly away than the males.

This baby kitten was born around the time the baby birds eggs were hatched. The kitten, her siblings, and her mama have also been watching the birds! Of course their reasons were different than mine!
