Around The House.....
These photos were taken around the house sometime in January before we left for Disney world the following January 26.
Zach got a phone call just after dinner while the boys were eating banana pudding. Charlie still loves the phone and made valiant efforts to take it from his dad.

Here is what happened with the boys and there banana pudding partly as a result of Zach being on the phone and partly due to lack of skills with the spoon. These boys can be perfect angels until we get on the phone. They do not like it when we are on the phone and I look forward to the day when they get their own phone calls and I can harass them as much as they have harassed me! :)

John Christian got a hair cut and wanted me to take a photo of the back of his head so that he could see what it looked like.

Zach said he's always wanted to spike John Christian's hair like this. He couldn't find any hair gel & so I think he used aloe. It was too funny & JC was proud of his new look.

Notice the RED popsicles. He is still allergic to red dye, but thankfully Bryers makes fruit popsicles that do not have any red dye. He still begs for the Superman popsicles & all of the other crazy ones in the grocery store, but at least Bryers has saved the day because it would be very hard to live with a little boy who could not eat red popsicles.

Army Social
Zach and I had an Army Social one Sunday afternoon. The boys have a new babysitter named Megan and we just having her. Of course now that we have finally found a good babysitter Zach is going to Afghanistan and we are moving, but oh well. At least we have her for now.
Zach's friend Brian has a blog about his "Fat Knots" or something like that. So, Zach got me to take a photo of his tie for Brian. It's probably the 2nd time I have ever seen Zach wear something that wasn't a bow tie.

Caught in the act......
I walked into the playroom - Charlie's room and this is what I found. I took him down, but went back to get the camera because I knew he would climb back up. When I came back with the camera here is what I found.

Ok, this made me extremely nervous. I kept taking him down and each time he'd climb back up faster. This time he thought he'd climbe to the top of the kitchen. Very bad idea!!
This is how he was getting on the kitchen. I moved it away, but came back to find he had drug it back over to the kitchen to use as a stool.

I realize that taking photos only encourages the behavior, but I've learned that Charlie is stubborn and is going to do something over and over again no matter what. I figure the least I can do is capture it on film for him to see one day & to share what life is like with those of you who read this blog.

Train Table
I wish i could say that this cool layout is still on the table, but these boys just couldn't leave Zach's hard work alone for more than a few days.
