My John Christian Flowers

I am still constantly amazed at this beautiful little flowering plant that continues to bloom more and more every day. I won't be able to care for it when we go to California and Guatemala. So, I'm hoping someone will volunteer to love it the way I have until we can come back to the states and I can continue to care for it. I need to put it into a bigger pot, but I'm just not sure how to do that. Any ideas? I don't even know what kind of plant it is other than something beautiful that makes me smile and think about how much John Christian has grown just like my plant!
