God Must Have Needed A Good Laugh!
First, I'd like to say that I write all of this not so much to complain, but because I know that one day Zach, the boys, and I will look back and read this stuff and laugh!! I also have some great photos that I will post later.
Charlie is still wheezing, but no longer coughing until he pukes. He even slept from 8PM until 6AM when he was awoken by a yucky diaper. He is still having diahrea, but I think that is from the antibiotics now more so than the virus. He is starting to drink more and even eat a little. I'm sure they are not great for his tummy, but in the grocery store today he wanted his favorite vanilla wafers. There is no telling how many he has eaten. I came into the kitchen and he was sitting on the floor with his hand inside the box. I hate that I didn't take a picture.
Here's the part where I think God needed some laughter. John Christian has pretty much been over the stomach virus, but woke up with a horse throat today. Today, he had a runny poop in his pants in his favorite Lightening McQueen underwear because he said he couldn't get to the potty fast enough. A little later even randomly threw up on the floor. I got that all cleaned up and gave the boys a bath. I took Charlie out first and wrapped him in a towel. Then, I took out John Christian. All finally seemed great and happy in our household. HA! I took a step out of the bathroom and my brand new sock felt wet. "Great", I thought. "Charlie must have wet the floor." Then, I looked down and to my surprise I found not urine, but yes, diarhrea. Ewe, Gross, Yuck!! I put a diaper on Charlie, got it all cleaned up, and sprayed my friend Lysol all over the place. I then went into Charlie's room / boy's play room and smelt something horrible. What I found was Charlie sitting in a squatted position on the floor and stuff oozing out of his diaper. Discusting! He also has a horrible diaper rash that just appeared out of nowhere! Fun!
As I write this Charlie is walking around with Molly's food bowl on his head! What a monkey! Only 30 minutes until bedtime!
