Some quick notes!
Zach is enjoying his new job as 3-27 Alpha Battery Commander. The only bad part is that we don't see him nearly as much. He leaves the house around 5:15Am and doesn't return home until 6:30 - 7PM. John Christian is kind of adjusting to this schedule, but some days it is very obvious he misses his dad. Charlie absolutely adores Zach & I've even hear a dada here and there. If Zach comes in and doesn't immediately pick up Charlie he gets very mad. I'm glad they are all such good buddies as father and sons should be!
Charlie is definitely crawling. I went to answer the door today. A few minutes later I heard Charlie fussing. He was trying to follow me, but was blocked by the ottoman & couldn't figure out how to crawl around it! Charlie is also quite obsessed with Molly! He crawls to her. She moves, & then he cries. I have to make Molly stay so that he can pet her. Thankfully Molly is a pretty good sport!
John Christian is an absolute mess with an incredible imagination! His new thing is to bring me a piece of lint or fuzz that he's found. When he brings it he announces that it is his new little friend. Then he'll ask me, "What's my friend doing?" When I say I don't know he says, "He's jumping all over the place." I swear the child really does have toys & real friends. Maybe he thinks these are bugs! Whatever it is I think it's pretty darn creative!
